Code of Ethics
1. We will honor God and be a committed follower of Jesus Christ, seeking to live in
accordance to the teachings as revealed in the Holy Bible.
2. We hold ourselves accountable to the highest level of integrity, honoring Christian
principles in all our associations with clients and colleagues.
3. We agree to maintain strict confidentiality of client information and the coaching
relationship, except otherwise authorized by the client or required by law.
4. We will refrain from actions that place blame or blemish on the Coaching profession or
Christ.
5. We will give proper credit for materials supplied by other sources; respecting copyrights,
trademarks and intellectual property.
6. We will respect client beliefs and values. We will not judge, attempt to convert, recruit,
condemn, impose our beliefs/values or refuse coaching services to individuals who do not
share similar viewpoints.
7. We commit to direct and honest communication in the spirit of truth and love.
8. We will construct clear agreements pertaining to the nature of the coaching relationship,
length of service, fees, and other terms before signing a coaching agreement with the client.
9. We will accurately represent our qualifications and experience; coaching only in areas we
specialize in. If we believe the client will be better served by another professional coach or
resource, we will encourage them to seek other services.
10. We will not intentionally provide misleading information or make false claims about what
the client will receive from the coaching relationship.
11. We commit to encouraging the client to ultimately be led by the Holy Spirit when
seeking answers and direction.
12. We will respect the client's right to terminate the coaching relationship at any point
during the process. Thereby being sensitive to indications the client is no longer benefiting
from the coaching.
13. We honor our right to terminate a coaching relationship with anyone who does not
permit us to coach according to Christian biblical principles or when it is discerned the
coaching relationship is no longer fruitful.
14. We will consider pro-bona or donation services where there is a "unique circumstance"
and are led by the Holy Spirit to do so.
15. We will continue to grow, learn and remain current in the Life Coaching profession, as
to provide our clients with the best possible service.
16.We will maintain a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and commit to learning and
growing spiritually by engaging in prayer, fasting, fellowship, church attendance, reading
and studying the Word of God.
17. If a coaching relationship is terminated prior to the commitment of chosen coaching
package being fulfilled (completed), the client will be refunded for unused sessions in
package. This refund will be remitted to client with in a 30 day period from the date of
termination.
18. We will give God all the glory for coaching services rendered; acknowledging He is our
source and the author and finisher of our faith.
