Bio and Interest
Mission :
Shannon is the Founder and CEO of Envision4Change, Inc. She truly has a heart for
the people of the world and to serve joyfully. It is her desire to see individuals and
corporations operating in the abundance and life that Jesus Christ offers the world
freely. She is a natural encourager and is often described as being a skillful,
energetic, authentic, humorous and candid Life Coach, Speaker, Writer and Trainer.
Shannon has traveled the world extensively while working in the airline industry for
over 13 years as a Flight Attendant and Training Instructor. This unique opportunity
to travel has blessed her with experiencing the gifts of various countries. Bringing
about the understanding that cultures and people my appear to differ greatly.
However, at the end of the day we all possess the same fundamental desire. What is
that desire? It is to live and create a prosperous life which brings joy and fulfillment.
In this observation Shannon noticed there was a emptiness in her life. Something
was missing. She was content but ready to embark on a quest to find true joy and
purpose. It was at this time she decided to design her destiny and not allow the world
or her past to dictate what it would be. While continuing to work full time in the
airline industry, she enrolled in an Master of Science Organizational Leadership
program. During this time of study she was also introduced to the world of
Coaching!
This compelled her to eventually enroll in several Life Coaching training programs
after completing Graduate school. These experiences resulted in a shift in the way
she viewed herself and the world around her. Envision4Change was conceived
during her enrollment in Coach training. In her mind the "missing" element was
beginning to surface. She had a great desire to serve people in a very different way
from which she had grown accustomed to.
The thought for Envision4Change was still there, however Shannon knew something
was missing in her life and in her coaching. She could not put her finger on it. Then
suddenly everything came to a complete "STOP!" She was at an impasse (a stand
still). The reality of a coaching practice did not look like it was going to materialize.
During this period she tried everything personally and professionally as an attempt to
achieve fulfillment, joy, and fill the missing void in her life. Nothing seemed to work.
It took this stand still and a plethora of disappointments (from trying everything
"else") to get her to finally choose to try God. This time for real - whole heartedly.
It was then she discovered true joy. It was then she realized what was missing in her
coaching. It was then she discovered her purpose and who she was. When she
began to seek the Lord; He came in and turned her entire LIFE around. God was the
missing piece! Little did Shannon know the Lord had been ordering her steps from
the very beginning. It was HE who was designing her destiny.
"Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out
of the womb I sanctified thee and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations."
Jeremiah 1:5
"For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie:
though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry."
Habakkuk 2:3
Shannon describes the period between the conception and birth of Envision4Change
as profound, painful, liberating, challenging and yet a beautiful experience. She
enjoys continuous learning, the Arts, travel, laughter, indulging in various cuisines,
the Word of God & spending time with family and friends.
She is passionate about coaching clients in identifying and moving forward in their
purpose individually and corporately. Shannon states, "It is a delight when a client
has an “aha” moment and begins to see for themselves that which they did not see
before. Then watch as they start to move in that revelation, advancing into territory
they did not think was possible. Now that is truly a blessing. Glory to God!"
